Chapter 96: Acquaintances
Chapter 96: Acquaintances
"What the heck are you two doing?" Khalifa asked, her sharp eyes looking down at them.
She was standing tall above the two of them, who had lost the strength in their legs, and were kneeling pitifully on the floor.
Embarrassingly, both of them even peed a little in terror.
Trina looked down, gripping her clothing in a mix of shame and anger.
Kara, on the other hand, gaped at her mother’s head, which happened to bump right against her knee.
She shakily took her mother’s head and when everything dawned on her, her eyes turned red and she whipped her head to glare at Khalifa.
"BITCH! YOU KILLED MY MOTHER!!!"
A sharp edge found her neck. "Noisy."
Kara sobbed, scared, but her eyes filled with blame did not leave. "I—I—"
"Do you think I killed your mother?" She asked, eyes sharp. The moment the teenager answered affirmatively, her head would be the next one rolling.
After all, Khalifa would not keep someone who hated her in her team.
Kara shook her head, but the grip on her pants was tight. But she was just a teenager, she didn’t hide her thoughts very well.
How could Khalifa not see the hate. She decided to only give this girl one more chance. Just one more, for the sake of being young and just losing her mother.
Khalifa sighed and took back her blade, looking around. She looked at the half-naked Hugo, who had followed her in.
"It’s a house. It’s connected to the adjacent house." She said with a shrug, "The owner must live here."
Hugo nodded with a smile. He then looked at the two indisposed women who even soiled themselves.
He looked out the window, and the sky was already turning red. By the time he finished fixing the car, the sky would already be dark.
"Let’s rest here for tonight." He said, and looked at the two girls, "The water of this area is in tanks, so it is still clean."
He looked at them with a bit of disgust, "Take advantage of this and clean yourselves up."

Later that night, a knock on her bedroom door again, this time her attitude towards him wasn’t so hard.
They had already fought and protected each other in dangerous battles. Somehow, she found him to be quite a good companion in the current disaster.
At the very least, she could start listening to what he had to say.
Hugo stared at the beautiful woman in front of him. She was wearing an even more conservative one-piece night dress with short sleeves and lower hem reaching her knees.
He didn’t know why she brought so many nightdresses, but he knew she was still the most attractive woman he would ever meet.
Not to mention, the fact that she wore more conservative clothing might have meant she was expecting him.
However, he stopped himself from flirting, knowing Khalifa didn’t appreciate it. "May I come in?"
"No." She said, but this time there was no guardedness, and this made him feel relieved.
As he spoke, he opened and closed his palms in nerves. His hands were sweaty.
It was the first time he felt so nervous in a human interaction before.
"I know we haven’t gotten on the right foot." He said, walking as far near the threshold as he could, wanting to get a whiff of her scent. "But I assure you, Trina knew what she was getting into."
"Hmnn…"
"I… I just want you to consider having relations with me."
She crossed her arms, looking at him in interest. "Bed partner? Just for fun?"
Hugo was silent. This was indeed the plan, the universal agreement he had with all his women.
But this time… he felt extremely reluctant to say it out loud.
Seeing as he was silent, Khalifa took the time to watch the man. The more she thought, more clues began fitting into place.
"You know Kaize." She finally said, "Personally."
"Hmm, we’re friends."
"Yet you continuously try to seduce his lover."
"I… have very flexible morals." He said with a light smile, "And… not to try to disillusion you or anything, but Kaize and I shared many women.
"More than once we were the center of an orgy filled with women."
He watched her expression as he said so. For some reason, he didn’t want to hide anything from her. If she was turned off, then he’d just have to chase after her even harder.
"Hmm.." she said, and he couldn’t see any surprise nor distaste, and he let out a breath he didn’t realize he was holding.
"My point is: He usually doesn’t mind sharing women. Not with me, anyway."
Khalifa looked at him in amusement. "Really?"
"Yes."
He stared at her, in a daze, and he stepped forward, just over the damned threshold.
They stood very close now, only an inch apart, and he relished the feeling of sparks that passed between them.
He felt elated as she didn’t slap him this time. All his being asking him to do more, feel more.
He leaned down to meet her lips, very tentatively. A peck.
But it sent electricity down his spine.
He licked her lips, and poked the slit with his tongue, prying it open, at the same time closing the door behind him.
He wrapped his strong tanned arms around her waist, pulling her flush to him, so he could feel her soft body with all his being.
He licked the insides of her mouth with passion, tasting it with sensuality.
Tasty, so tasty.
To his surprise, his meat stick was already so hard just at the smallest touch.
Then they heard a commotion below. They ignored it at first, focused on the pleasure of the other’s touch, but they started hearing men, more than one.
Khalifa pushed him with furrowed eyebrows, and Hugo couldn’t help but glare at the source of noise in great annoyance.
Khalifa ignored him and wore a coat over her nightdress, and he followed her downstairs eyes blaring with annoyance.
He would definitely give those bastards a piece of his mind!

"Stay here, I’ll go first." Hugo said, holding her hand before they went downstairs. He also took a gun from his room, ready for battle.
Khalifa nodded and let him deal with it. It was obviously gangsters, just his specialty.
"We saw light and wanted to make friends hehe." One said, licking his lips. "Stop shaking."
He leered at the two women, not yet noticing the newcomers. The two women hugged each other, scared, knowing full well what they would do to them.
"No!" Kara yelled, "We’re no good. There’s someone in our team! A goddess."
Hugo and Khalifa frowned, but didn’t make any noise to betray their arrival.
While the gangsters were busy asking the two women about her, Khalifa took advantage to study the newcomers and her eyebrows rose in surprise.
Behind them, she saw two familiar faces.
Sid.
And Jacob’s mother.
