When the Gunner realized he became exposed due to the intruder's action, he became astonished.

'No way… he planned on making me expose myself from the start?' Alarmed, the Gunner's eyes quickly darted left and right. He wanted to search for someplace to hide.

However, the opportunity to do so was not available. 

Without caring about the Gunner's reaction, Xu Feng wielded his staff again and activated Tier 0 Celestial Spear. A spectral lance materialized high above before plummeting down like divine judgment. 

"What kind of skill is that?" The Gunner's eyes widened in disbelief at the overwhelming might of the attack. 

BAM!

The spectral lance landed right on the Gunner, causing the latter to shout out in pain.

Their outcry made it obvious that they were damaged heavily. 

Nevertheless, Xu Feng didn't stop there. He proceeded to cast Tier 0 Searing Chains onto the source of the sound. Glowing chains soon surged forward, rushing toward the Gunner.

With the damage dealt early and the weakened effect, the Gunner's tenacity was low and, therefore, became shackled. The shackle was guaranteed to last at least 10 seconds with the current state.
