Once the venue seating was nearly filled to the brim, a beautiful female auctioneer stepped forward to the stage and waved her hands.

The light seemingly dimmed down, with the lighting focused on her. 

"Good evening to all bidders. I'm your host, Diana, responsible for showcasing today's auction items." Diana announced and flashed a friendly smile. 

"Without further ado, let's start the auction off with a bang." She then snapped her fingers and soon the covered item was unveiled. 

A flashing shimmering of golden light shone on the item, and the NPCs began to gasp whereas the players started scrutinizing the system prompt on display.

While everyone was focused on the item, Diana began explaining its usage. 

"This item here is called Flask of Enduring Resolve. Capable of enduring certain damage and rechargeable once the shield runs out. The durability is also on another level, so people can be reassured that the item won't break even though the shield runs out. It just won't be in effect." 

Although the damage wasn't explicitly stated, players were able to see that the item was capable of enduring 50,000 damage before turning ineffective.
