Chapter 113 - 113 Meeting 2

?Chapter 113: Meeting 2 Chapter 113: Meeting 2 Victoria Garcia looked at their business plan, and she couldn’t help but admire it, for it was almost a perfect plan. However, it was not a perfect plan, as there was one critical aspect that had not been taken into account.

“Brown Enterprises is a company that is absolutely controlled by the Brown family. They hold nearly a 60% stake, and the remaining shareholders and outstanding market shares account for only 40%. Even if Samuel Nelson now has nearly a 7% stake in the market, acquiring the remaining shares would be much more difficult.”

Victoria had considered these issues, and naturally, so had they.

At this moment, Samuel Nelson looked much more serious.

“When a series of negative news comes out, the stock price will naturally fall. The Brown family can hold on, but the other shareholders may not be able to. As long as those shareholders waver, we will take as many shares as they sell.”

Victoria believed this but still questioned, “How will you break Brown family’s control?”

As she asked this, Candy Foster elegantly handed over the final plan.

With every page flipped, Victoria’s mood improved even more.

When she closed the plan, she was excited and exhilarated.

She turned her head and looked at Arnold Johnson, who sat quietly on one side. She had an impulse to hug and kiss him.

Victoria didn’t notice that her eyes, at this moment, were shining brightly.

What was even more unexpected was that after handing over the last plan, the three of them silently left the private room. As the door closed, Arnold stood up and opened his arms.

Without hesitation, Victoria rushed over.

Her pair of eyes were clear, and her lips tucked a playful smile as she dived into his embrace.

Arnold held her tightly.’
“Why are you so good to me?”

She whispered, her voice beautiful and sexy.

The scent of her breath was like freshly dampened grass after a rain, exuding a fragrant aroma.

Arnold let go of his embrace and looked at her lips, which were as attractive as roses, beckoning him to take them.

Victoria, too excited and impatient, kissed him – assertively and forcefully… as if this was the only way to express and release her emotions at this moment.

After catching her breath, she asked him again, “Why are you so good to me?”

He replied with a deep, profound kiss.

Victoria turned around once more, and stubbornly looked at him, asking, “Why are you so good to me?”

Arnold found her persistence amusing and heartwarming.

That was just how his little girl always was.

“Do I need a reason to be good to you?”

He gazed at her lovingly, without hiding any of the affection he felt for her.

“Is there such a thing as unconditional kindness in this world?”

“Yes, like my feelings for you.” He softly caressed her habitually furrowed brows, whispering, “Don’t think about it, just know that I will always be good to you like this.”

He didn’t give her a chance to ask again, but once more kissed her.

When he finally released her, he smiled and gently touched the tip of her nose, “This is the first New Year’s gift, do you like it?”

“I can’t think of a reason not to like it,” Victoria responded honestly, “But how should I thank you?”

“Passionately… Actively…” He whispered into her ear, “Just like before.”

A soft hint of his breath brushed against her skin, and Victoria felt her neck warm up.
