She sat up, appearing calm but inside, she was embarrassed to death. Clearing her throat, she asked, “What is it?”
“The weather is nice today and the sun is shining. Would you like to go for a swim, Miss Jing?” Before he left for work, Liang Chen had specially instructed her to do so, emphasized that she should spend more time with Jing Haohao and encourage her to get out more instead of staying in her room all the time.
Jing Haohao looked out the window and thought for a moment before replying, “Okay.”
It was worth noting that in the past, whenever Nanny Lin made suggestions like this, Jing Haohao would either shake her head or stay silent, showing no enthusiasm at all. Now, however, she even felt like going downstairs to swim.

As she spoke, Nanny Lin happily went into the dressing room and brought out several beautiful swimsuits, all with their tags still on, and laid them before Jing Haohao, asking, “Miss Jing, which one would you like?”
These were all made to measure for her after she moved into the villa. From clothes, to jewelry, to shoes, and even handbags, she had everything she needed.
Nanny Lin brought out several appealing swimsuits, but Jing Haohao still carefully selected one from among them, pointing at it and saying, “This one.”
“Alright.” Nanny Lin cut off the tag, passed the swimsuit to Jing Haohao, and took the rest back into the dressing room to hang up properly. In a loud voice, she said to Jing Haohao outside, “Miss Jing, you should absolutely do this. You were always cooped up in your room, looking so downcast all the time. You’ll literally suffocate yourself one of these days. Look how much better you are now, picking out a nice outfit, going downstairs to swim around. You’re a young girl, why lead such a tiresome life?”
Even though Nanny Lin was nagging, Jing Haohao actually found it comforting. After changing into her swimsuit and putting on a bathrobe, she headed downstairs.
It was an outdoor pool, but it was equipped with a thermostat, hence the water wasn’t too cold or too hot; it was just perfect. Jing Haohao jumped in and swam slowly around the pool to warm up, before increasing her speed.
After about twenty minutes, Jing Haohao climbed out of the pool and sprawled out on a lounge chair.
The warm sun was gently shining around, making it a serene moment. Jing Haohao couldn’t help but squint her eyes, a contented expression on her face.
As Jing Haohao was dozing off by the swimming pool with her eyes half-closed, the doorbell rang from the main entrance of the villa.
The swimming pool was quite a distance away from the main entrance. Jing Haohao only saw a red car and thought nothing of it, turning back and continuing to rest with her eyes closed.
Less than ten minutes later, the gatekeeper came running over, “Miss Jing, there’s a lady at the door who says she’s looking for you.”

Jing Haohao rose in confusion, picked up her bathrobe, draped it over herself, and headed barefooted towards the entrance.
